To purchase a custom mandala or a competed work from the gallery please contact Caroline via email or through Facebook. She currently only accepts PayPal unless other arrangements are made. She will ship or deliver artwork as needed.
Ordering a custom mandala is quite easy!
Step 1. Pick out a template that most speaks to your memory of the special event you want commemorate. The smaller sizes are great for a single ride/day with a single photo or drawing. Photos aren’t needed, Caroline will work with you on that! The larger pieces hold more photos and collages, and are great for a season or long adventure.
Step 2. Once you have placed your order, Caroline will send you a questionnaire. This questionnaire will lead you to sit and remember your partnership event. The weather, the colors you wore, the struggles and achievements of your memory are assigned colors and textures. These colors and textures will correspond to the numbers you see on the black and white template.
Step 3. Gather any photos or other items you want included, like show ribbons, programs, ride cards, trail maps, horse hair (Cleaned thoroughly). Photos may be emailed in high quality jpeg format. Physical items will be cut up, so make copies if you want to see them whole again! Mail any physical items to Caroline.
Step 4. Once Caroline receives your completed questionnaire, she will go over it with your and verify colors and textures. This process can take up to a week.
Step 5. Be patient as Caroline prints the photos, cuts the colors, and makes a mock up of your mandala. She will send you a picture of the mock up to confirm if you desire. This may take up to 2 weeks.
Step 6: Once the mock up is verified good, Caroline will glue the final piece and mount it in a mat board frame. Any other frame options will need to be discussed. When finished, Caroline will mail the mandala to you or arrange for pick up! Enjoy!
