The Eternal Flame Mounted Archery Club will be hosting a full day clinic for folks who want to get started in mounted archery. We will have equipment for you to borrow and try, and horses will be available for rent if you cannot bring your own. All levels of riding ability welcome, just keep in mind complete beginners will be on a leadline. Clinic will cover horse bows, types of arrows, nocking and shooting off the hand, ground shooting drills to hone skills, how to get your horse used to shooting off them, and shooting at the walk and trot if skills warrant. If we have time, we will set up a mini lane and grading course to test your skills on!
